All coaching sessions are 50 minutes and thoughtfully designed around your goals, energy, and lifestyle. Each package includes optional cycle-aligned programming and intentional weekly check-ins—providing ongoing support to help you move with your body, stay consistent, and feel confident in every phase of your life.
Virtual and in-person training are available.
In-person session pricing is higher to reflect studio rental and facility costs, while virtual training remains a more accessible option from the comfort of your home.

Mood-Based Light Coaching is for structure, recovery, and consistency.
This is for someone who has a routine but doesn’t have the time or energy to plan and wants guidance that actually supports their goals.
Through light coaching, I’ll help you bring more structure, intention, and recovery into your routine so you can stay consistent, support your cycle, and keep progressing without doing more.
No rigid plans. No full programming. Just support that meets you where you’re at.
After your initial consult, you’ll get a monthly plan plus ongoing guidance based on your energy, your cycle (if applicable), and real life.
