Movement has always been part of my life, but it wasn’t until college—through group fitness, hiking, and online workouts—that I felt truly connected to it.
An injury in 2022 changed everything. I realized how much movement supports my mental health and how important it is to listen to my body. That’s when I discovered cycle syncing—and suddenly, my energy, mindset, and approach to fitness made sense.
Mood Club grew from that shift: a space for sustainable, empowering fitness that follows your mood and your cycle. No pressure, just progress.
Working with me means more than just getting a workout plan. You’ll have support, accountability, and someone in your corner who actually cares about how movement feels for you. I’ll challenge you when you’re ready, remind you to rest when you need it, and make sure your plan fits your real life—not some impossible standard.
